DATA STORAGE
For the purposes of accounting, the following data is stored with us: name, contact person, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, VAT number, bank details. If you have agreed to a collection order (SEPA direct debit mandate), also your bank details. A transfer of these data does not take place, with the exception of the transmission to the unwinding bank institutes / payment service providers for the purpose of the debiting. To our tax advisor for the purpose of accounting, as well as to fulfill our tax obligations. The data is stored exclusively within the EU.
The data provided by you are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we can not conclude and fulfill the contract with you.
